You've probably noticed the new sidebar on the right side of this page, but I'm guessing not all of my readers really know what Twitter actually is. Twitter is another social networking site, but don't think it's another MySpace or Facebook. It's similar in that you have "friends," but it's different too. All you do on your page is what's known as micro-blogging — mini blog posts limited to 140 characters. You're encouraged to update often, so that your friends can keep track of what you're doing. Just like MySpace and Facebook, it's a lot more fun than it actually sounds. Give it a shot...sign up now and let's be friends!
